Bah... I'd be buggered if I can figure out what's wrong with my sleeping patterns. This week I have been deliberately going to bed early to try and catch up on lost sleep and to try and rectify my sleeping in problem.
The last 3 nights, I've had 9.5, 10 and 9 hours of sleep respectively. Is that not enough? On each morning, I've still failed to wake up on my 7am alarm - waking at 8.30 after Sally has come in pulling me out of bed.
