I got an email this morning, from TPG Internet. It was saying my credit card was about to expire. Fair enough, I hear you say... WRONG! I cancelled my TPG account when I got ADSL installed with Swiftel in July of last year! They have continued to charge me $50 every three months since (2 payments so far).
To put it bluntly I am very very pissed off at the moment. I don't think I'll get money back off them as I have no proof that I cancelled it, but I am certain I did, as I remember telling Sally that I had cancelled it.
