Although, I am tempted to buy the actual players guide for myself - the official D&D website quotes it at $40 US.
Also it looks like the company that made the 2nd Edition Core Rules CD has folded as their url redirects to the Official D&D site. I'm guessing that means no 3.5 CD either.
